Not for the pacemaker. The sound waves shouldn't adversely affect the
pacemaker. Can't say how the pacemaker will affect the sonographer though
:-) There might be some muttering under the breath.

I have had many ultrasound-scans. So I do not think it would be a problem.

If it's a breast ultrasound, the technician will not be able to image the
breast tissue directly behing the pacemaker, as ultrasound will not
penetrate through the metal.

Now, whether this will present a significant technical and/or diagnostic
difficulty can only be answered by the tech and interpreting physician.
