  1. Short of combining this with an unchipotled batch, is there a quick way to
    cool it down a bit?

Just guessing... take a small sample and add a touch of milk?

    I remember that!

    You deserve a break today.
So get up and get away
    from McDonalds.

There is no quick fix for capsicum (the active ingredient in chilies). The best
possible solution is double the recipe leaving out the chilies from the second
batch. and combine the 2. Freeze one and eat the other.

    FROM? You're so bad! LOL!

I think the Katrina refugees deserve a break. I'm glad to see that Barry's
helping. You may or may not like his music (I love it), but he's showing
himself to be a very generous man. 'Course, the tax write-off for his
contributions won't hurt him any, either. :-)

Only thing I've known to make a decent sized dent in chile heat, is coconut
*water* - the clear stuff out of a coconut. Bet that tip helps you, eh?!
