  1. Hi,

I'm looking for a cottage around the Ardnamurchan, Morven, Moidart area for New Year 2004/05. We
have stopped in the area many times before and a couple of new years before but we are just asking
round for further recommendations. It will need to sleep a minimum of 7 maybe upto 11.

    Thanks very much

    Andy

    Try ardnamurchan.comardnamurchan.com or steading.co.uksteading.co.uk or ardtornish.co.ukardtornish.co.uk

in fact there are hundreds of similar S/C properties in the area.

Are you sure? I tried the sites you listed and couldn't find anything for more than 8 people.

Hi Simon, Sorry on re-reading your request I see you want a castle to stay in or similar, well
Ardtornish might be able to accommodate you. Quite expensive getting a big cottage/house though. The
Steading site has wooden chalets which are spacious and well equipped that sleep 8, some of which
are close by each other. I have used Jack's Ranch and can recommend. How about 2 of those. Have a
look at hi3.hidays.co.ukb some more there. Also Isle of Mull has some larger
    properties.

We've stayed in the log cabins on the old golf course about 15 years ago!! Recently we've stayed at
a large log cabin in Glenborrodale that sleeps 8 but we still not sure if it is available yet.

    Thanks for the link btw.

    Cheers

It wasn't actually my request, I just picked up on it as we're always on the lookout for good places
to stay for groups of 10-15 :-)
