  1. Seen on the M27
Hymer motor home, with two wheel trailer
On the trailer - a Smart car.

I saw ginormous motorhomes in the USA years ago towing small cars.
Never thought it would spread to the wide-open plains of Hampshire.

I've seen similar a few times in the UK. I've yet to see something that
tops the enormous motorhome towing a LandCruiser though!

Can't see the point of that, I'd much prefer something like this
<http://www.amesz.com.au/view/navigation/60/197.html> and then we'd be off
driving overland from Australia to Edinburgh! 😄

I've seen a similar, in Scotland, towing a Fiat Cinquicento.

Due to financial constraints, the light at the end of the tunnel
    has been switched off.

  6. You'll see plenty near Witney, Oxon. There is a company that rents them
    out from a village nearby

I've seen a Citroen Visa, painted to match the motorhome, in a Tescos
    carpark (Milton, Cambridge).

I have to say, though, that if I was going to have a motor home,
that'd be the one I'd have. Otherwise I'd rather drill out my
brain with a black and decker in the ear'ole. Having said that,
if I ever find myself contemplating a motor home, even one as
luxurious looking as that one, I hope I still have the wherewithall
    to shoot myself...

Apparently Wal-Mart in the US actively encourage motor home users to stay
    overnight in their car parks.

This is true. I know someone who has a small (25ft 😉 RV and they tow
a Jeep Wrangler around behind it.

Not uncommon, the site wardens on a number of camping and caravan club
sites who overwinter in spain often tow a small car behind their
motorhomes, a number have folders in the car too!

what an ace way of spending your life. Run a campsite in a nice place
in the summer, and then go to Spain for the Winter. If I was that
    brave I'd go for it.

  16. Yesterday, way up to the north of Western Australia (Karratha), I saw a
tarted up old coach towing a LWB Land Rover. The Landy had a boat on the
roof. It also had a tow-ball, so maybe it had lost the little Fiat it was
    towing 🙂
