Well, with wild boar, that's actually a sport in Central and South America,
and is practiced by some in the US, especially Down South. Hunt them with a
pack of Pit Bulls or American Bulldogs, who track, corner, and hold the pig,
while the hunter dispatches it with a big ass knife. The dogs wear thick
leather armor.
I suppose you could do that with deer, although, as John Hanson has pointed
out, it is illegal in much of the US. Are there any laws about hunting with
dogs Down Under?
