The real Harry Hope is a very nice, responsible poster on the political
newsgroups. He's on the moderate-liberal side, and often posts excerpts
from respectable US sources such as Washington Post. Googling for his name
with dates around 2002 brings up some samples of his real posts.

The reason I started searching for the real poster was because when I
Googled Harry Hope the poster was nothing like the one who had been
posting in a number of groups I read lately. Poor man. People hate
him and he hasn't done anything wrong!
