  1. You every walk barefoot across the barnyard? It is a very meandering path as you try to step on
ground that has no little pile of fresh chicken-[censored] or cow-pie sitting there. Reading this
newsgroup is something like that nowadays. I'm attempting to draw an analogy between the
animal-waste references and angry, abusive, insulting and intellectually berift OT postings. I
propose, for your consideration (Note: I am not censoring you) that we Quit Feeding This Animal.
I'm sure you can figger out which with no trouble. Without an audience to abuse I'm sure he would
eventually wander off in search of greener pastures (and you *know* what makes pastures green!).
Let's just give him no more feedback. (Ya'll know what feedback is? You feed a horse, you get
    feed back!)

After all, it is an exercise in futility. You have seen the TOTALLY outrageous things he will say
w/o the slightest hint of embarrassment. This isn't a dialogue, he will never respond to actual
content nor appreciate when you have blown him and his arguement right out of the water.

To have a debate one must have a worthy opponent, one that CAN deal with the actual issues you
raise, the factual content you cite, and can reveal the flaws in your own arguements. This, were it
to exist, would be healthy and would help develop one's mind.

  2. You say "he" in several places implying that your description applies to only one poster. I see
these characteristics in many of the OT posters. Does your use of "he" mean that other OT posters
state things that you agree with, so that's all right in their cases? Are there any readers out
there who are clueless and undecided on these issues and look to alt.rec.bicycles.recumbent for
    the answers?

Hear, hear. I'm close to dumping people in the bin no matter if I agree with them or not. I guess
its a question of signal to noise ratio.

Speaking of noise did we really need a new thread for this?

My Newsreader seems to be collecting about 1 out of every 2 posts lately. Tonight, I pulled down 26
out of 55 posts. Occasionally, I will add a new thread to the ignore list. This one will meet that
    fate too if it persists.

I see that GeoB has got something stuck up his ass again. He is as predictable as a clock, and about
    as mindless.

What GeoB is saying, for all of those of you who can't translate this jackass, is that he does not
want to hear from anyone with whom he disagrees. I admire his condor but I can't say much for his
perspicacity. He is dolt of course and will go his own way regardless of what anyone else has to
say. If he only knew how tiresome his rants are he would cease and desist but that presupposes
elementary insight. He cannot see himself as others see him. It is a universal human predicament for
    sure, but why flaunt it?

I can furnish one and all a list of who should be dumped into the [censored] can of history along with
their despicable ideologies. I do this out of a spirit of group solidarity. No need to thank me!

It goes without saying of course that Mr. Sherman should be the very first to go as he is fond of
furnishing us all with "facts" which turn out on closer examination not to be facts at all but
merely figments of his fertile ([censored]) imagination. But there are some other naifs on this
newsgroup who are easily led astray by his so called "facts". That is why I am for putting him
number one [censored] for all of us to get rid of. Barry is second on my list as he is a true babbler
of liberal nonsense. I doubt if even he knows what he is saying as it is all just rote blithering.
Then there are the English crackpots and eccentrics who are quite numerous. And finally there is
GeoB himself who never tires of telling us how OT we all are. He should be [censored] canned too for being
the tiresome bore that he is.

But why am I making any work out of this for myself? We all of us know who they are and what we
should do about them. I say [censored] can the lot of them!

Good old Harv! Always right there with just the right call. Even before he has read my rejoinder.
But I was writing in reference to [censored] No. 2., GeoB. I have special set asides for [censored] No. 1,
who of course is none other than Mr. Sherman.

But I guess I would not want to refereed by a biased liberal [censored] like Harv in any event. He can
call the winner even before the game has begun. But hang in there Harve! I have just started on that
main Number 1 [censored], otherwise known to one and all as Mr. Sherman. From now on it is total war,
no quarter given and none asked. Enjoy the combat!

Well, what can I say about this particular idiot?

Obviously Mr. Sherman has run out of words and is now reduced to parroting me. Like the clod that
he is, he thinks he is being witty although I have told him over and over again that he is no
Oscar Wilde. He is obviously trying to prove me wrong of course but is instead digging himself in
deeper and deeper. I expect to see him leave this newsgroup one of these days in shame and
humiliation. That is ever the fate of imitators. They can copy the externals, but the genius of
the originator is forever a closed book to them. He could possibly make for a passable editor, but
he is doomed as a writer.

Oh yes, now I know what I can say about this particular idiot who finds humor in the oddest of
places, namely Mr. Sherman's posts. He is a clod too! Instead of posting "LOL", why doesn't he post
something original of his own. But he is for short cuts and sees himself as one who swells a chorus,
never having anything of his own to say. That is all the statement he can make. He and Mr. Sherman
are well suited to one another.

Every message I post is always in response to a previous post from someone else. There are no
exceptions ever to this rule. The reason you see so many posts from me is that I am answering
