"11-79- You've got some hippie in you, hang out a while"
I always said "the hippy" not "a hippy" :-)

I did the "Are you a neo-hippy?" one:
    http://members.aol.com/irishgrl13/hippiquiz.html

    "110 thru 209- "No doubt about it, you're a
neo-hippie, but with room to grow."

but that's only because I own lots of vinyl (records) :-)

    Beatles? Pfft!
I did think the Chemical Brothers version of Sargeant
Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was cool though.. :-)

I've been downloading some music with WinMX this morning, BBC recordings of
Deep Purple and also Roxy Music. The BBC seems to get them at their best.

I saw Richard Clapton play last night at a small hall about 10 km out of
town (Cardiff, near Collie). The hall was full to capacity. (About 120
    people.)

Last Wednesday I did my longest ever night ride. Rode around the shore line
of a nearby dam which ended up being much longer than I anticipated. Left at
6 pm and got home at 11:30 pm. My 4 amp hour gel cell lasted much longer
than it should have with a 20 watt light but by the end I was riding up
hills with it off and riding down with it on to get "a bit extra" light.
Having an intelligent charger makes a huge difference, the battery performed
well. All up the total distance was 72 km, which includes about 20km of
    bitumen.
I've mounted two 5 watt Luxeons on a bit of Aluminum which I've bolted to
the handlebars. If I get time I'll try it out tonight. I still need to do
the wiring on it. I want to place a diode across the supply to the pucks, as
a reverse connection can kill them. I need to find some inline fuses too.

Oh no I've sold out to "the man". Scored about 40 points (damn you Ringo
Star) then went back and did it for me 15 years ago and would have been
closer to 100. Those were the days, Kathmandu when I had money and
Bellingen when I didn't. So long ago, ah yep yep yep yep.

ROFL, 206 pts and I don't even live in the states. {:-)

Even with the 84 pts for hair.

Okay, that was a few decades ago.

Hmm, no points for facial hair.
