I have Charter set up correctly. I've had Charter as an ISP for years
and it pretty much sucks. A year or 2 ago Charter farmed their Usenet
service out to another company. Might be Tradewinds or something like
that. I still use news.charter.net but I'm then redirected to the other
servers on the third party servers. Maybe yours is better. I dunno.
Charter's service is horrendous here in St. Louis. Both the TV and cable
connections have a LOT of down time.

About the only binary groups I read and sometimes post to are food and
gardening groups that accept binaries. I do read the groups daily.
Sometimes I'll look at the pics in travel groups but not real often.
