Hey, just an update. I'm the guy who has pain in his KNEES from running/walking. I cannot run, jog or stand for very long or I feel too much pain in my knees and some on my ankles. Went to see a Chiropractor and had an MRI done on me. My knees showed nothing, not Chondromalacia Patella or nothing. My ankles did reveal I have OSTEOCHONDRITIS. I have flat feet so my Chiropractor is working with me, adjusting my ankles and knees and I felt like there is a good reduction in pain so far(two weeks into it). She also recommended ORTHODICS, which are made from Leather. Now, I've had Arch Supports with VERY negative results since I do have VERY flat feet, so my questions are, what is the best solution to my problem, I guess I will never run again, but I do want to jog eventually and be more active instead of just weight training myself to death. Do these ORTHODICS really work for ppl?? And should I stick with a Chiropractor or are their surgeries anyone would recommend or anything else I should be looking into? Thanks for any input you guys can give me!

Re: ORTHODICS I don't know about their application for pain, but I will suggest (based on my family's experience) that you get them after an exam from a podiatrist.
Re: Surgery Personally, I'd stick to the non-invasive chiropractic treatment and avoid surgery as long as I could. But I have no idea what level of pain you are in. And Pain can make a big difference in some decisions.
I actually tried and I felt like it made me worse. 🙁
