a saddle?
Clipless pedals (IIRC the OCR3 comes with toeclips and straps ?) Though getting cycling shoes to match as well, all for under $100 would be difficult .. the cost will probably be closer to about $150, unless you come across a bike shop with a closeout sale.
(Edit: just realised your location thingy isn't set .. I am assuming Australian locale/currency here, finding pedals and shoes for 100 US dollars should be a fair bit easier.)
Consider a cyclo-computer.
But if it were my OCR3, I'd agree with REK about the pedals.
Apart from pedals and a computer the OCR3 is a real dead end for upgrading
to go 9 speed is very expensive, the fork is 1 inch threaded so it would cost a fortune to upgrade bars, stem, headset etc
the only thing that might be worth it is to buy lighter wheels since the stock ones are heavy and [censored]!!
I've got an OCR3 and looked at all the upgrades but simply decided to wait and replace the whole bike. I did end up replacing the wheels after i trashed the old ones and that cut 600g off the weight of the bike and made it ride a lot better
I have saddle . comp. and clipless pedals already.
