Opinions on Cyclaire pump?

My LBS (Warlands Oxford) have one in stock. Their comment was design
over substance. I think there is a recommendation regarding how long
one can pump for to avoid RSI.

Personally, I'd chose a Topeak Road or Mountain Morph for both duties.
Or buy two pumps. There are much lighter options for commuting.

Saw one in action at our clubroom a few months ago. Certainly seemed to work OK. Quite heavy to carry if you do more than just a few miles, and IIRC there was no facility for frame fitting.

My thoughts were that it's an interesting novelty, trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist. But then I would be unlikely to change from my Zefal HPXs.

I've had one for the last few months and have had only a positive
experience.
I only go up to about 80psi but it does that very easily and quickly. It is
a bit
of a heavy lump, but the carry case will hang off the frame and has a handy
additional pocket for levers, tools, patck kit etc.

Yes I have got one and it is excellent except,as I said previously,the gauge
under reads by 20psi.

Some have commented on the weight,I thought it seemed a tad heavy but after
weighing it it was only 10gms heavier than a Zefal HPX.

I find it useful to carry IN the saddlebag if going into town or similar
where an HPX is a bit long and unweildy to carry around off the bike.
