I ran Open Pro's with Michelin Axial Pro 25's, which measure 28, all last season no problem.

ClydeA second concern may be tire clearance next to the chain stay. I ran into this problem with a bike I had going from a 23 to a 25mm wide tire.

Do the 23's measure 25? That'll be good. I thought it was more the other way round with AP's
