ok how about about a shot across the legs & frame where the aerodynamics
are really dirty? thats where the most impriovements are to be made, surely?

why do they spend(waste) so much time trying to get the airflow of the
head & shoulders smooth? there can only marginal gains there at best?

damn it, why can't recumbents race in these things?

Lookin good. But for comfort, add the bar ends, and for road handling put a
front rack on it. A nice sexy Tubus Tara would do. They're fairly well
    priced from German LBS.

Love those tyres - Schwalbe? They really last.

    Cheers

I had bar ends, but they look stupid on riser bars and I couldn't be bothered moving the (really bloody hard to get on) grips to fit them. I tend to hook my hands around the ends of the bars like I have barends anyway. I WAS going to fit flat bars with bar ends but ran out of time to fit and test them.

Yeah, after the first ride with the bar bag I thought about a front rack. Tam suggested I just buy one and be done with it, but I'm actually looking forward to snapping the rear rack/frame in the middle of nowhere.. now that'd make it a REAL cycle tour!! 🙂

I think they are Vredestein Street Razors, but that's from memory and my memory is pretty dodgy at the best of times. My mate left them at my place years ago when he moved away from Melbourne. I figured I'd put them to use and they'd be more suited to touring than the, much racier, S-Licks I had laying around..
