I don't have a lot of the bike gear in an easy to find location yet on the site, these links
    might help.

Thanks. One of the things I know I will want are a set or two of custom riding tights (correct
name??) for the winter. I'm 6' 2-1/2" with a 36" inseam, and my normal weight when I'm riding is 190
lbs, or less, so you know my dilema.

When I get the bike finish and I start riding again, it won't be long before I get to my normal
weight so I can get measurments.

So the next question is, what sort of costing for "outsize" cycle clothing? I'm talking maybe a L/s
jersey with 48" chest and shorts for 40" waist with decent size thighs (no tape measure to hand).

Sure I realise printing attracts additional cost, but how about plain gear?

The other answer is use retail as your guide, and then add some for custom. Don't expect
    walmart pricing.

Approx %age? I have no objection to paying money for quality work.

Wal who? 🙂 Actually, I do know who Wal*mart are, they are a customer of mine. I have no idea what
they charge for cycle clothing though.
