Hi all,Seeing as this is an FAQ topic - thought I'd give a brief post of my
most recent treatment experience and results.I had a nice chunk of skin torn off my lower right leg and right elbow.
(see tamyka.myphotoalbum.com for the icky photos, just follow the BLART
links...).
<snip>
I got a phone call from a friend today, another one called Paul, who has
been racing at Arafura Games in Darwin. Lost a lot of skin in the crit;
apparently the back straight had a bit of s-bendiness in it, and some
guy came up his inside, and then bars got tangled, and then he went down
and so did Paul. Nasty nasty, and his bike is in a critical condition
with a torn-off rear derailleur, destroyed rear wheel, chopped up pedals
and cranks, bent handlebars and heaps of scratches and dings in the
frame. Helmet was destroyed. They came off doing 42 km/h. Ouch ouch
ouch! Puts our effort to shame.
Quoted message said:Next time (I know that there will be, because I'm a klutz), I might try
Carl's technique (on www.aboc.com.au) and see if I get a quicker/better
result. But the way I did it I didn't have to deal with pus-sy, oozy
gunk seeping anywhere.....

You just give me some warning next time, okay, so I can be in front...
:P

PS You riding in Wednesday? I'm racing again tomorrow, and after that
I'll be dead, so I'll need someone to wheelsuck...
