bicycle parts. A major player in the UK single-speed market.

OP: The il pompino got a good review in an old issue of C+.

I don't know. Given the offensiveness of some of their UK named
components, I'm sure there's a market.

Maybe On-One will introduce a model called the 'Entendre'; then they
can also bring out a tandem version named the 'Double Entendre' ;-)
Back on topic; the Il Pompino apparently has quite a good reputation
as a single-speed 'cross bike, whilst a very similar (maybe even made
in the same factory??) geared machine is available from Planet X in
the guise of their Kaffenback [1] frame. Personally, I'm not sure
about those wishbone rear ends, but it's just an aesthetic thing.
