  1. Four days in a row.. 50%, 60%, 70% and tonight 80%. I seem not to
have lost much strength, but I've moved from about 10% bodyfat to 16%
bodyfat during my 4 month layoff (never spent much time with diet,
since I've been vigorous in my workouts and successful).

Luckily, my body seems to be pretty responsive to workouts.

But holy [censored] - what a plate of pain I've been served coming back.
It's at the point where I can tell what muscles I've worked by which
ones scream with pain. Most major muscle groups are complaining, which
is a pain in the ass but at least instructive.

So far I've ignored the lactose-induced pain, but does anyone have
some suggestions for supplements that might reduce the pain a bit?

The biggest thing has been re-introducing the lower-body exertions..
Squats - my groin, hams and psoas are really complaining a lot, and
that interferes with basic operations like walking or standing.. The
same is true with Good-Mornings and Calf-lifts.

I realize this is not damage to these areas, but simple lactose
    issues, afaik.

God, it hurts to stand and walk - though I'm not crippled by any
stretch. it's just a pain in the ass.

My opinion is that it's just a matter of sucking it up. If there are
any supplements that can help with the lactose issues, I'd be happy to
    hear about them.

DOMS does not appear to be caused by lactose, if that's what you're
    talking about.

Maybe DOMS is caused by lactose intolerance.

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone

context. Retarded acronym games are off topic. But enjoyable. Kinda like
