I recently dug out of my parents garage an old bike of mine. It's a Razesa, with Columbis tubing, from around 1985-6. Drivetrain is Zeus 10 speed (5 on the freewheel) with Wolber Gentleman wheels. I am in the process of fixing it up a bit and wondering if there is any real value to this bike. It's on the big side for me but rideable. Although old it does not have that many miles on it, I would guess less than 1000.
I have overhauled one of the of the hubs, the pedals and will finish with the other hub this weekend. The bottom bracket needs some work and my local shop will be doing that. Derailers need some adjustment but once that is completed it should be in fine shape.
Is there any type of market in older bikes like this or will this just be another bike in my garage that gets ridden on occasion? The tubing is nice on it with what (to me) look like nice lugs. Any thoughts?

Put it on ebay. I've sold a lot of "vintage" stuff there. There is a small, but active market for nice older frames, bikes and components. You're unlikely to get as much for a Razesa as you would for a similar vintage and condition Colnago, Pinarello, Cinelli or other more famous makers. Razesas are nice frames, but they just aren't very well known.
If you are an e-bay member, you can search for completed sales for similar bicycles (i.e. try "razesa bicycle"😉. If there are any prior sales you should be able to get a good estimate of the real value of your bike.

There is a mareket, thin but it exists. You will never get enough money for it to buy a modern bike so just clean it up and ride it. You bike is Spanish and there is a collector's market for Zeus stuff. Go to classicrendevous.com and join the mailing list. Lot of like minded nuts-like me-there. Phil Brown

To me, it seems like a LOT of people are taking older bikes and converting them to fixed gears. Hell, that's what I'm looking to do right now. Obviously though, those guys don't care how much time/effort/money/thought you put into fixing the derailleurs/brakes since they'll probably throw that stuff away if you sell it to them.
Hell, send me some pictures/sizes...I might want it!

Zeus parts are very rare, and imho its considered one of the most "cool" retro makes. I think you have a nice find on your hands. A 1970's zeus track bike recently sold on ebay for north of $500.
Zeus parts are very rare, and imho they are considered one of the most "cool" retro makes - the only major part maker from spain. Zeus copied campagnolo and was known later for producing drillium parts (crank arms, derailleurs) at the factory. Today Orbea owns the "Zeus" name but there is no relation to the original parts maker, as i understand it.
Zeus is the only maker (so far) to offer both parts and framesets at the same time. Only cinelli has come close in this regard. A 1970's zeus track bike (with Zeus frame) recently sold on ebay for north of $500. A large part of this was no doubt due to the zeus frameset.

News servers only retain the messages for so long. For example, Georgia Tech's server (mine) holds on to them for a month. Other, non-academic free ones will only heep them for a week (I've heard)
Google keeps them all, I believe.

Yes but there have been a few times in the past few months where i've tried to write a message and ended up canceling it 1 or even 2 times in order to retype it or fix errors.
A few times I made the revised message a followup to the cancelled message - before I've cancelled it - and he's probably trying to click on a link that would take him to that cancelled message.
