I have to say that I thought he was gone. Seeing him yesterday so tapped
out, there is no way I thought he could recover, let alone perform a break

I have to say that I thought he was gone. Seeing him yesterday so tapped
out, there is no way I thought he could recover, let alone perform a break

I didn't think there was much hope myself, just looking at this objectively,

Said it to my wife yesterday and I was wrong (useful if unusual
experience for me), but anyone that had a clue about this BEFORE the
stage was delusional and lucky in his or her delusions. I'm guessing
that one person really believed in Landis winning with real belief and
purpose and he crossed the finish line with his fist raised today.

Yep, told my gf the same thing. And I almost didn't get up early to
watch this morning. As it is I didn't get up until around 7 and by then
Floyd was 8 minutes out. Nice to wake up to.
