  1. are you two doing OK? Haven't heard from Elaine K. in quite
a while and am worried about you. Joyce I don't remember you
saying you would be away so am concerned, Lee, having a
    maternal moment

  2. Hi Lee. I'm sitting on the sidelines & reading a few posts
but things still in a turmoill here. I now have a fair bit
of caregiving for my hubby since his last stroke but he's
slowly improving. For exercises, I go to Curves now & have
just rejoined WW's. The stress has decreased somewhat & I am
now able to get back to the business of getting the weight
off. I have gained quite a bit with my stress eating, but
I've not let that get me down - it will come off again &
hopefully, it will be a long time before I have any more
stress to deal with. The only stress that I just can't
handle (without eating, that is) is family sickness & this
last year has been a bad one for me. I still don't have
enough time to read many posts, but I will pop in every once
in a while to check on how everyone's doing & report on my
progress. Thanks for asking - it's nice to know someone has
    missed you. Elaine K

day. I am looking forward to spring coming. It peaked its

Hi Lee. I'm sitting on the sidelines & reading a few
posts but things still in a turmoill here. I now have a
fair bit of caregiving for my hubby since his last
stroke but he's slowly improving. For exercises, I go to
Curves now & have just rejoined WW's. The stress has
decreased somewhat & I am now able to get back to the
business of getting the weight off. I have gained quite
a bit with my stress eating, but I've not let that get
me down - it will come off again & hopefully, it will be
a long time before I have any more stress to deal with.
The only stress that I just can't handle (without
eating, that is) is family sickness & this last year has
been a bad one for me. I still don't have enough time to
read many posts, but I will pop in every once in a while
to check on how everyone's doing & report on my
progress. Thanks for asking - it's nice to know someone

This was one of those days I would have gone for a nice
walk. But lady luck played another of her dirty tricks on
us. My hubby is once again in the hospital - no stroke this
time - his knees gave out on him & he can't walk at all -
not even one step. He's had bad knees for a long time, but I
guess something must have snapped & it's just too painful
for him now. They have already drained the fluid off - only
got a wee bit. Tomorrow he wills see a rheumatologist to see
    what the next step
is. This has just not been my year. Elaine K

    type=3D"cite"><PRE wrap=3D"">Hi Lee. I'm sitting on the =
sidelines & reading a few posts but things still in a
turmoill here. I now have a fair bit of caregiving for my
hubby since his last stroke but he's slowly improving. For
exercises, I go to Curves now & have just rejoined WW's.
The stress has decreased somewhat & I am now able to get
back to the business of getting the weight off. I have
gained quite a bit with my stress eating, but I've not let
that get me down - it will come off again & hopefully,
it = will be a long time before I have any more stress to
deal with. The only stress that I just can't handle (without
eating, that is) is family sickness & this last year has
been a bad one for me. I still don't = have enough time to
read many posts, but I will pop in every once in a while to
check on how everyone's doing & report on my progress.
Thanks for asking - it's nice to know someone has missed
    you. Elaine K
