Oil on headrest .. help!

Alcohol or dry cleaning fluid are suitable solvents for oil. You'll have
to apply a solvent as a mist to avoid driving the oil further into the
cloth, then blot off with kitchen roll. It helps if the headrest is
removable so you can hold it with the oily bit facing downwards. Then if
you do overdo the solvent, it will drip out of the cloth rather than
deeper (if it's already penetrated quite deep into the cloth, you may
just have to overdo the solvent). Try whatever solvent you use on an
inconspicuous bit first.

"Fast Orange" works on pale-coloured carpets: rub it carefully into the
stain until all grease is loosened, then remove with detergent-type
carpet or upholstery cleaner. It smells nicer than Swarfega.

Got oil on the velour ish interior of my car and washing up liquid
completely removed the mark.

I just left the car parked in Liverpool overnight. In the morning the
mark had gone.

So, in fact, had the rest of the car..
