The flagship was the ship belonging to the commander of the fleet. It was usually larger and slower than many of the other ships in the fleet. 😕
It did, however, generally carry the best food, wine, brandy, rum etc (and in reasonable quantity I would imagine) 😄
Enjoy

Fortunately I've known Carl for a long time and he hopefully won't take too much offense!
As to the collarbone, was pinned on friday so usage is back in a big way, although I think its a few weeks until I'm off the PT to work and back to riding to work.
Time to dust off the windtrainer!

Uncanny! I am slower, and larger, than my fleet 🙂
Biddons full of Laphroaig!
I'm almost done putting it together ... Pete (owner of LBS) had to
knock off only 15 mins after closing time to do some lame thing like
pick his daugher up from school or something ... PRIORITIES! *mutter*
so it took me a while to thread the brake cables and replicate the
setup on my old bike ...
Soon, my pretty, soon ...
On 2005-08-02, Bleve (aka Bruce)
was almost, but not quite, entirely unlike tea:

cmon, spill! wot is it?
Im guessin a 531 frame with sensible angles, long chainstays fir room for panniers. brackets/holes in stays/forks for every conceiveable rack to go onto and bracket for dynamo too
oh and lots of clearance for mudguards. A 'long haul trucker' perhaps? 😄😄😄

It's all new. the old one's being used as a training/commuting/wet
weather bike from now on. The only thing that will come across is the
HRM.
