There's a useful book called "On Your Bike in Norfolk and Suffolk" which has some good circular
routes in it. A couple are a bit E & W of where you are located on the map.

If you want, email me at my correct address and, if you have a fax number you can give me, I'll
photocopy the relevant pages with maps/directions & fax them to you. Or, I can scan the pages &
email them to you as attachements, if you give me your correct email addy.

lack of hills, ha ha funny joke

I did the Norwich 100 for the British heart foundation on Sunday and some of the hills there were
awful, long slow climbs that sapped the strength away, and all in Norfolk!!!

Did a week in Norfolk last year and very pleasant it was.Its not the Pennines but it is certainly
not flat either.

(1) Many railways have been turned into cycle tracks. Can be bumpy but not bad. eg North Walsham to
Stalham. Hoveton-Coltishall-Aylsham Aylsham - Reepham - Norwich

(2) You can take your bikes on the trains for an extra £1

(3) Whatever you think about hills at least you eventually get to the top... ...but the Norfolk wind
is a beast so at the very least start the day into it so coming back is easier.

There is the Norfolk Coast Cycleway that runs from Cromer all the way to Kings Lynn. It was
reasonable signed when we did the ride as a family a couple of years ago. There was also an
informative little leaflet called Explore the Norfolf Coast by Bike that was accompanied by another
leaflet called the Norfolk Coast cycleway Loops and Links.

You should be alble to get these still from the Tourist Board I would say.
