189/172.5/12517.5 pounds in five weeks! That is fantastic!
I have been on this WOE for three weeks now. I haven't weighed myself for
about three months and I am afraid to do so. I do know my ring finger is
much smaller as my wedding ring about falls off and I am down one pants
size. For the first few months my plan is not to concentrate too much on my
weight, rather concentrate on breaking the sweet cravings and establishing
good low-carb eating habits and exercise. -
John, you are so right,,,,,my son keeps telling me to 'not' worry about what
the scale says,,,,,,just enjoy the fact that my clothes are looser, and my
body is changing,,,,,,,I now have a waist., I just kept weighing myself for
the October challenge,,,but now I won't get on the scale for at least 3
weeks. At 1st I lost a lot of weight,,,now it seems that its a fight to shed
every lb., but it did take me a while to gain this weight,,so I'm taking my
time to lose it. You are doing great.--

the beginning, that is when I lost weight the most quickly. Progress has
continued for me in inches and body reconfiguration, but weight loss has not
been nearly as fast for me as it was the first month or 3 months. So I
would suggest weighing yourself for the positive feedback. It can be very
nice. And as you continue, you probably won't again see weight loss this
fast, so why not weigh now and see it?Also, you're 3 weeks into this, but still on induction. Why is that?

Oh but I am on induction. Have been from the start. Most days I can keep my
carb level to 20 or so. I have gone over a few times but never by more than
five carbs. -
