I saw some advertised as Irish Oatmeal, so maybe that's where you should
look. I don't remember the brand; just that it was imported from Ireland.

no, but the added-fibre oatmeal will be lower carb than the regular oatmeal.

I just saw in the sunday ads that Quaker has several flavors of Instant
Oatmeal that has 1/2 the sugar of the original flavored instants they
sell. I prefer the Old Fashioned oats that cook for 5 min and get
chewy. miss that
