Same here. I come up with the right name, address and phone number but the
map shows me living a mile or so away from where I really live.

Excite has had the ability to do this sort of look-up for a long time, and
the maps on Excite are correct.

Excite has had the ability to do this sort of look-up for a long
time, and the maps on Excite are correct.

So far, all of the online directories have our address wrong, correct
phone number. However, even if they got our address correct, it
wouldn't really help as our address was arbitrarily assigned, doesn't
follow the pattern on the street, and cannot be gotten to from the main
street without specific knowledge and directions.

I have to agree. Talk about your one stop stalker shopping! Perhaps
they won't last long though. I think an expensive lawsuit or two from
someone (or the family of someone) who gets hurt or killed when a
psycho uses their service to procure information might stop them.
Sheesh, I think about a friend of mine with an crazy ex and get the
shivers. I also notice that they will not allow you to opt out of
being searchable.
