  1. Crikey lot are chatty. *g*

Congratulations to those who lost or maintained, that is a great success! I started a new job last
week and found that I was extremely tired when I got home in the evenings. Needless to say, I didn't
exercise and I nibbled crisps and some foods that I really need to eat in moderation. *ugh* I did
not keep my food journal very well, mostly at night. So here is my very disappointing tally:

-no structured exercise -up almost 4 pounds!!!!

On an up note, I had my first full body massage on Saturday and it was LOVELY!!!! After the massage,
I realized that I was feeling pretty darn cruddy about the way I let things go this last week. No
exercise has left me feeling rather blobish and sluggy, so I'm back on track with that, and my
journal is out and visible in the evenings so I write down those snacky things. *L*

I quite like all the positive support on the group and I've been reading/lurking most every day-
trying not to miss anything. *L*

Have a wonderful and peaceful Sunday.

    Cheers, Holly

  2. Sorry about the gain but I am glad to hear that you are now back on track this week. Starting a new
job can take time to get adjusted to so hang in there. You might actually find that doing some
exercise after work eliminates some of the work stresses and you'll arrive home with new energy.
Seems to wake me up each day.

you gained, you figured out what went wrong and have taken steps to correct
it, that is a wonderful NSV and bodes well for your success, good luck this
