NYNY - same as last week - 181.6 Trying not to get discouraged, but I still am. I still am baffled by the 2.6 gain last week, so not losing ANY of that, despite being VERY careful this week was kinda disappointing. Of course, I was OP the entire week that I gained the 2.6, so I don't know what is going on. I'm going to track VERY carefully this week and see if I was doing something wrong. Possibly not eating enough.
HHH - I don't really remember, so let's just say 4 times. I know I went at least that much.
hang in there your body may be taking an intermission to readjust, good luck this week, Lee Brynda <[email hidden]> wrote in message "]news:[email hidden]...

How frustrating 🙁 I'm betting it's just your body playing catch-up. Plateus happen for a wide variety of reasons, some of which are impossible to do anything about. Just be patient, keep doing the program, and I'm sure your body will get the message eventually!

If you have journals, go find a week where you lost, and repeat it exactly. I did that a few times and broke a stall. Hang in. I had several times when I went 3 and 4 weeks with no loss for no reason, then a whoosh.

Sorry about the maintain, Brynda. That's really odd that you had that gain & then didn't lose any this week. I assume you weren't into the salt, so it has to be something else. Have you been on any medications? Even tylenol will cause me not to lose & my beta blocker means that it's very difficult to lose any at all. I know how discouraging it can be. Sorry to hear that you did not lose this week. Getting stuck at one weight can be frustrating but you have to hang in there and not give up. Check your journals and watch your portion sizes. Sometimes that can help.

I'm sorry Brynda, but at least you didn't gain again this week. Hang in there, you'll figure it out sooner or later, hopefully sooner :-)

Interesting idea. I probably lost the best on my first week over a year ago (G) And I was entitled to eat more points, too - think that will work? (g)
