  1. YES!

    Down 1.6 Current 159 EVEN.

I guess it is easy if you cut down the intake and really watch what you are eating and get in TONS
of activity points (28 mile bike ride, two hikes, both 8 miles each, one gaining 3,800 feet and one
gaining 3,500 feet and then a walk around a lake) In other words, it works if I WORK. (g)

I would like to thank the academy and most importantly, the WEATHER. Without its cooperation, the
activity points are very hard to earn for those who hate indoor gym stuff.

  2. EEEEEEE, he is thinner that I am again. I gotta get on the stick down here where the weather is
    hitting it's most pleasant.

    Good good good job.

  13. Yes, I think so, too. I knew I was down - it is odd but I could tell by 'feel.' Altho, I'm not sure
I can explain the feel. The home scale had been showing a slow decline for the week. But who knows,
it may be dehydration altho, I've been drinking to make up for the exercise. I was just BETTER this
week and I knew it (altho, the local news is going to have a segment on late night snacking and why
it is GOOD - stay tuned....)

  15. I am doing this for me and my clothing cushion. (I will be back.... with sneakers, jeans, turtleneck
I am 166 on the home scale - not a good place to be)

But I did almost put a "lesanne" parenthetical into my posting. At first today, I thought I had
achieved my lowest weight to date but that is not true. I was 158.2 twice during Maintenance and
    once since.

  16. DILIGENCE definitely is the method. And knowing the facts and the tools. How many points (calories)
foods have. How big portions are. And controlling some of the real trigger foods. Being able to talk
myself out of whatever and knowing how good THIS feels.

  17. Well, it is a good thing last week's weather was cooperative since this weekend was the pit - the
wet pits! I did find a drier window this afternoon and managed to get in a walk about the lake -
about 4 miles. I don't think that I burned off enough points. So this probably represents a more
typical damp weather week for the winter time.
