For reasons that resemble God's peace (they surpases all
understanding) I am in training for a marathon next year (I can do a
solid few mile walk now). It will be as a penguin (if only because
they get the cool outfits, I like formal ware) but that does not make
it easy. Anyway, here is my question, I have wide somewhat flat feet.
I figure for my first training shoes I should go to a store that has
knowledgeable people. Any suggestions in the NYC area? Absent that,
other than New Balance, what shoes should I look at?
