I went for my first serious (as in exercise) bicycle ride today. I rode for 45 minutes non-top. I had a good workout since I felt my HR getting a good boost througout the ride. My biggest complaint is that I did not feel very comfortable during the ride; I felt something was wrong with my setup. Also, my right hand kept on going numb. I'm riding a hybrid bike by trek (7500FX). I decided on this bike since I will also be using it for commuting during the week as well as on the weekends to work out. Should I have gone for the road bike? Also, I should not that the guys at this very reputable store setup the height of the seat for me and also helped me choose the "right" size frame. What could be wrong? Any input would be very appreciated. Thanks!
For crying out loud folks. Let the guy post this here. After all, there is a long, overdone, and sorely disinteresting post going on about AC3 separation which doesn't seem any different.
