I had an NSV this week that wouldn't be a big deal to most people but means a lot to me. I haven't been able to wear a woman's watch for about 15 years now. Yesterday I bought my first ladies watch and I can wear it. It's a little tight but it's comfortable enough to wear!
Wow, that's a great NSV, Jane. Congratulations. In the future, you'll have to buy a smaller band - that's something to really look forward to ;-D Elaine K 331.4/209.8/179

This is indeed a big deal. It's things like this that serve as both reminder and indicator of the progress you've made and the promise of things to come. Awesome!

Oh Jane, I LOVE things like this!!! It reminds me of when Kelly J posted about her wedding ring falling off after being soooo so tight for many years. It just made me cry happy happy tears... same for you... I have happy tears for you... 🙂

Great job!! I just had a similar NSV. For as long as I can remember in my adult life I've had to wear an 8" bracelet. Not anymore. They HANG on me and I can even work them off w/o unclasping. 7" bracelets here I come...hopeful a nice semi-precious stoned one for Christmas!!!
Congrats! Melissa in NJ

I'm reading back posts and saw this!! I know what it's like to not be able to wear a watch comfortably!! Congratulations--I had a similar NSV this morning. My son's bought me a watch with an extra long band--normally it would fit just right, I had to wear it high up on my arm because it was too big to wear around my wrist. Again, congratulations--it's a great NSV!!!
