Noisy Offices!!! Grrrrrr!

ahhhh...its nice and quiet in here right now. At the moment i am constructing a 3 phase signal generator to power a star and delta lighting configuration from a dc supply....but oscillating at 0.25 hertz so people can view the effects on the lights with thier own eyes rather than via test equipment.

if any one of you folks know how to keep the phases independant from each other while maintinain phase relationship then please dont hesitate to help me out.

Aaaaaaah. Sounds like my kinda place. How big is this piece of inverter kit? Lovely doing R & D, people never ask you what you are doing. Ssushi is working in a human zoo by all accounts.

Its great, i love my job....people pay me money to build crazy inventions all day..

its to power 3 x 40 watt bulbs at about 36v each.

you can built 3 oscillators and couple them to power amps and away you go, but i need the 3 ac phases shifted by 120 degrees relative to each other and a common non-earthed return wire.

i just got it sussed out...(found a circuit on the net)..

I have to listen to ABBA while I work and other such music. I have to listen to their phone calls, they play music and dance yes dance!!!

I have a job which requires me to read technical documents and interpret them, very hard with these people...

They even come in on their days off to shout here!

Trouble is I'm a consultant, so I can't complain - I just sit here and smile...

Send out a memo apologizing for your nervous condition and assure everyone that you physician says that loud noises will no longer cause you to inflict harm on others,as before as long as you take your medication (most likely).
Send out a second memo and tell everyone the first one was just a joke ands that sick Ssushi wrote that one and you have dealt with him.
Be sure to write that one in crayon.
It may also help to keep a dead squirrel in your brief case for a week or so just to scare the hell out of them. 😄

EVeryone else here is an Ozzy or Kiwi, so was thinking of some English saracsm... not sure if it'll work though...

Yes it is so hard for me to think psychotic in another cultural venue I only have so many pesonalities to go around.
