The triangle wheel was an improvement upon the square wheel:
It eliminates one bump. -- unknown

Nup. The bloke who buys my beer is off (click) here and I had bit of a accident. (click) here Happily been given the all-clear, no chipped bone. Good.
Mister Soiler's back next weekend, so lets tentatively schedule a Goatage for, say, 3 June? He'll have plenty of stories to enthrall us with. Also, doing some R&D into the logistics of getting a live cross to Hippy via a sat link. 😄

Yeah, one day I should retell the flaming falafels tale, of setting oneself on fire....
Pour beer via sat cross? Bugger that, he can buy his own drinks *over there*. The logistics would be much simpler. :p

Goatage on this Friday evening 3/6/05
Same Goat time, same Goat brewery in Burnley.
Get there early to purloin the comfy chairs.
Bikesoiler has returned from the. desert wilds & will regale
us with many stories.
Skinny blokes who can't hold their booze will be d-locked by the neck to the closest No-Standing pole & left for the divvy van.
Rumours abound that Hippy will have a direct sat link to Goat.

That's like when you stack your bike in front of a logging truck, and
pick your bike up before you get yourself off the ground, right?
Tam *expert at prioritising*
Priorities = Beer
In moderation, of course

or Delphi, or Fortran, or Oh the horror COBOL, or many others;
BOT: I remember riding thru the Adelaide Hills and being seriously concerned by a goat on the roadside. It was chained, but dogs won't eat your tyres.

Are you familiar with Essendon? About three on a Friday morning I was
hurtling down Brewster St. to turn left into Pasco Vale Rd. No traffic,
all's good with no need to slow down so around I went. Right where I
was going there was a GOAT in the middle of the road - bloody nearly
hit the thing..... After turning right into Moreland Rd. (for a change
the lights were with me and there was no oncomming traffic) one of the
others in the group asked me if that was REALLY a goat. Yep, said I and
she said - "good, I thought I was seeing things". Wish I had a helmet
mounted camera...:-)
