Nazca make an "XS" version of the Fiero for folk up to 1.5m (just under 5'😉.

Come on, it's not really that expensive...you get these frames being
made in Taiwan or China -- you might even get someone in India or
Bangladesh to do it, really -- and you get a loan from the Small
Business Administration, etc.

That company Like-A-Bike ought to do a wooden safety-bent for toddlers!

I had one back in the '70's and remember liking it even more than my Big
Wheel, but for some reason I have never had any desire to ride a 'bent.

They do, but you won't find many of them around. The typical buyer is
a parent looking at how the kid's going to outgrow whatever is bought,
so they buy *cheap*. Usually, that means cheap at WallyWorld or a
sporting goods big-box store. If there was already enough demand to
make it profitable to produce a $45 kid-sized 'bent, I suspect that
you'd be able to buy one.
