  1. Hi, does the Nike Triax Elite work properly with a Mac now ?
( I read about problems in earlier posts). Since I am a Mac
person I want a watch with a Mac interface. Are there other
    alternatives ?

Is the Nike Triax Elite worth buying or should I wait
until the Polar 625x hits the market ? Thanks for your
    advice !! Simone

  2. Still doesn't work with Mac and I wouldn't hold my breath. I
think the chances of Nike releasing a software update are
next to nil. Works great on a PC... I'm borrowing one from
work as I'm also a Mac guy. Best bet tho' would probably be
to wait for the Polar model. That one will have altitude and
knowing Polar... the software will be top notch and
    frequently updated.

A Mac and a Nike wearer? You are a double loser my friend!

  6. Yes. The actual packaging from Nike also says PC or Mac...
but it's wrong. The software does NOT work on Macintosh. I
own the watch... I have a Mac... I've talked to other Mac
users with the watch... and I've talked to Nike directly. It
does not work. They claim there will be an update... but I
    doubt there ever will be.

Hmmm...it works on my Mac: G4 MDD running OS X 10.3.4.

  11. Wow!!! Thanks so much for the link! I've been checking their support
site on and off... but didn't see anything there... and in fact... still
don't see the update there. Thanks again 🙂
