Well done Elyob. Nicole makes the news here in Wales (occasionally), but only because she's Welsh - she's featured on the BBC S(up)ports Wales trailer, but I still don't think many people would be able to tell you who she is.

Your local library should file it for a while, especially your local
reference library. I say "should" as there is nothing dependable about
public services these days. It depends which shibboleth or mantra is in
play locally. Or which different drummer is being marched to. Of
course, quite a few libraries decided years ago that they thought of
the Sun much as you do, and decided not to subscribe. I do not know if
that continues. How stands elitism generally, I wonder? By the way, if
they have one, do photocopy it rather than "borrow" it. (Sorry, I'm
sure that is a mean suggestion)

Well, there is on BBC Wales. Possibly on S4C and in newspapers like the
South Wales Echo or Western Mail, too.

I don't think it would have made much difference to her profile in England if she was English (though I could be wrong), as there seems to be an anti-cycling agenda in the media generally, both in England AND Wales.

Yup same here ... I was tempted to reply on the same line, but thought it'd
be childish 😉

Anyway, just looked at a copy of todays Sun. Seems it was not the top
letter, but did appear in the paper. Shame they don't have an online
archive. My local library is closed, but they do list "newspapers" as
something they keep. However I have my doubts they keep The Sun!

I don't even bother to read stuff posted through cyclingforums.com, it
comes up such a disgusting bloody mess, and these people never quote
properly.

Anyway, wouldn't it be a little odd if the Welsh media didn't have a
