I'm not up on this stuff, but is EPO a liquid or can it be a powder? Reason I'm asking, remember that white powder they found on those envelopes at, get this, at the US Postal offices?! Looks mighty suspicious to me in hindsight. Maybe USPS is distributing. Wow! What a network they have in place!

It's bigger than that, in Russian, "States" is spelled with the Cyrillic "sh," the capital form of which looks like an E lying on its back. So, what you have is that USPostal's team name is really UEPOS. In otherwords, Use EPO! It's all right there if you are willing to look.
