Jan has '96, '98, '00, '01 and maybe '03! for a total of 4 plus. Poulidor finished 2nd 3 times and
3rd 5 times! So, Jan has it for 2nd place only but obviously Pou Pou has the best\worst "podium
without wins" record especially when you consider that Jan won on his second outing.

Joop Zoetemelk is the King of the second place finishers - 1970, 71,76,78,79 and 1982. He did get a
win in 1980 for a total of 7 podiums (many more top tens)
