    Hi,

    I'm new here, although I think I posted two times 2 years ago but never
    really formally introduced myself,
    My name is Phil, I live near Philadelphia, PA (USA). Maybe some day I'll
    post my life story, but until then here are my vitals:

    42 years old
    male
    happily married (to an amazing woman)
    5' 10"
    230 lbs (yesterday's starting weight)
    2nd day on Atkins

    This is my second time on Atkins, but I am determined to not only succeed
    this time, but to live the rest of my life the Low Carb way.

    Welcome, Phil. I live in far northern Delaware and commute regularly
    to Philly. It's a great city, and a great area... I'm a transplanted
    southern Californian.

    I like that other forum too, although it's so big it's hard to even
    know anybody. This is a good place for more individualized
    discussions, IMO. Both are good.

    Thanks! Yeah that was my opinion of the other forum also. It's easy to get
    lost in there, but the site is an excellent source for LC reference. I
    liked the comparisons they had of the numerous LC diet approaches.
