    stoked again. Annette"

Bless your heart. Im all too familiar with the Big D. Are you taking an
anti-depressant? If not...please consider it. Prozac worked wonders for
me. or me, depression and eating go hand-in-hand. know you know the
vicious cycle it creates....the depression makes you eaty, you feel
better while you're eating....then you hate yourself....and eat more to
make that "feel better"....and so it goes.

But look----any cycle can be broken at any point in the cycle. ONE day
of eating right might be the impetus you need to break the depression
and once the depression lifts a bit, the urge to eat to feel better
    might be lessened.

Dont just lurk! Post, post post!

Are you recovered from your accident, now?
Are you able to get more activity?

Im so sedentary....you'd think I had an accident, myself. I dont drive
(legally blind), so I dont go out of the house much. Im a sitter, not a
runner (or walker, for that matter) But, for the last month or so ve
been moderately successful at getting my lard-butt up off the couch to
do aerobics for 20 minutes four or five times a week. The killer part
is...I have this gigantic home exercise 'gym" thing in my
    garage....gathering dust. jeeeeeez.

Yes - large print easily, normal print squintingly. I love the computer
because I can bump the text size up to anything I want! I hoped it would
work for you too. Some web sites drive me round the bend because the
designers mess up so badly on accessibility issues - I spend a LOT of time
complaining about it! I guess I ought to write and congratulate the Atkins
    site.

    Nicky.

I know what you mean, Nicky. I also have visual problems and some
websites used to drive me mad until I discovered the useful 'work
    around' in Explorer.

Under the "Tools" drop-down menu, go to "Internet Options" and click
on "Accessibility" From here you can elect to over-ride the website's
colours, font sizes or font styles - meaning you can get your
preferred style and font size as well as contrast improvements. It
    helps a LOT!
