new trials uni

go for the DX or the Qu-Ax trials, don't waste time on weaker models.

By the time you have 360 $, A E Bike should have the KH 20 back in
stock. It's like the difference between a K Mart bike and a real bike.
All the uni's you mention are pounds heavier to save almost no cash.

I just got a DX and love the thing. A friend just got the Qu-ax and he
likes it too. The difference that I could notice were the qu-ax has
longer cranks and its a tad bit lighter. Other then that the tire was
the same and both have splined cranks and both have great reputations.
I have heard of a few people breaking the frame of the DX. If you
realy can't go for the qu-ax get the dx. every one is right don't
waste your time with a lesser uni just get a good one and you will be
happy with it for a long time.

only problem is the kh 20" is $520
im being stupid and settling for a nimbus-x 20" longneck freestyle

only parts that won't stand up to hard-core trials are the crank arms,
it seems....
brand new and all the parts are loose.....
the pedals are loose on the inside, the cranks were loose and i
tightened em.....a couple of the spokes are loose....
going to have to take it in to the bike shop...grrrr
i learned to ride on it one footed very well in one evening, and 2 days
on it got me to wheel walking short distances.....like 6 meters...
my old uni is a peice of garbage....
im wishing i had saved up for the KH 20" , but this will work for my
purposes (once i get it fixed up)til i start doing 6 foot drops...lol
you will break a nimbus freestyle unicycle in 2 minutes doing trials.
im 80 pounds and I've bent my cranks.
also, the kh20 from ae bike is $360

ok, heres the thing, i dont care so much about a one or two pound
difference. really, i should be able to compensate for the weight by
getting stronger, i mean really it wont matter that much about the
weight. it may take longer but ill have to just get stronger and
better. you get my point...

Well, the DX is great, as with the Qu-Ax. The Qu-Ax comes with longer
cranks, which is better for trials, DX comes with shorter, which is
good for street. Both trials and street can be done on both unicycles.
These are also the two cheapest unicycles for what they are.
If you have the money, there is Koxx and KH. Personally, id rather go
with a KH above a Koxx, but both are great unis.
