  1. I'm just new to cycling. i got a new bike and decided to go for a ride around my town and adjoining villages. After that i decided to go further. I try to do as close to 30km as i can each time i go out, wich is about four or fivr times a week. Are there any tips you can give me to get fit, to tackle different inclines on the road and to build my self so i could go touring? I would really appreciate any help you could give me.🙂

Wear the right kit, carry water and a snack, a few tools plus spare tube and pump, a gnu, use your gears wisely and post more pics of girls.

    A chara,
    Irish flag never looked better.
try hook up with a group and stay with them on their sunday spin. Its the quickest way to improve. Experienced cyclists will give you tips on cadence, riding style, bike setup etc. What part of Kildare do you come from.

  4. do i just contact my local cycling club r wat?

  5. i would say to get more fit put the mileage in week after week and increase a little every week until you hit about 60 miles comfortably. then focus on intensity, intervals, hills and such. Build a good base.

yeah if there is one near you . It dosent have to be a club . There are plenty of informal groups who meet up on a Sunday morning. beats solo cycling anyday.

  7. cool. cheers lads (if you are lads). will take all the advice into consideration when cycling.

You and your 2 friends look pretty fit already, but a little cycling never hurts. If that's your club outfit then I imagine the group rides are pretty popular. Here's a tip: some biking shorts might be better to prevent chafing on those longer rides. :p
