Those are excellent choices. In fact, I recently rode both and the rides are similar between the Giant TCR and Fuji although the Fuji is cheaper when comparably equipped.

May I also recommend riding Cannondale and Trek? That way, you'll get a chance to ride distinctly different feels which will help you decide on a bike that matches what you like.

I was not expecting to feel that big a difference but could easily discern the broad differences in rides. Worth taking the time!

It wouldn't surprise me if I learned that Giant made the Fuji frame. Giant and Kinesis are two of the biggest frame manufacturers out there.

It doesn't. Fujis are made by Topkey and Ideal.

hi there, I would highly consider a cannondale super six evo red 2013.you can get it for 3000 from Ebay. The down side is that you have to pick it up at the store since the contract with cannondale forbids to sale on line. this is b/c they include a bike fitting with the purchase.
the reason for this suggestion is 1- price, 2-SRAM red group, 3-excellent bike reviews, 4- lifetime warranty AND GOOD REPLACEMENT POLICIES.
if you can not pick it up at the Bike shop that sales it on line go with the price to the LBS and talk to them to match it. My LBS matched it pretty decently.
i will not consider Fuji at all. I know one friend that owns a bicycle store and the Fuji replacement policies are terrible. They will fight you for anything and will not replace the frame/fork if it has factory defects.
i currently own a Scott CR1 Pro with DA 7901 and Cosmic wheels for training. Zipp 404s for racing.the Scott warranty sucks. 3 years default warranty and an extension to 5 years warranty, if every year you take it back to the LBS for a check up. I was going to get a Foil and this made me change my mind. Also the dropouts are carbon. I had to replace my original frame b/c it became cracked in the seat tube. Also the rear drop out started getting worn out and the wheel was not aligning properly, causing it to rub if not placed meticulously aligned. Also the bottom bracket Carbon started to show hairline cracks after about 1.5 years of use. I ride about 150-250 miles per week. 200lbs rider 5-1, wide frame.
After doing research i decided for the super six evo red. I have heard of the Giant TRC but i don't remember why i didn't choose that one. the reviews on bike radar of the super six are great.
