Assuming the UCI allows the team to stay in the ProTour, do you really think
that someone will be willing to pony up 10 million for the team without Saiz
(who btw had to sweat bullets just to find Liberty after Once bailed) ,
without a prayer of ASO allowing them to participate in the Tour, with
possibly most or all of it's name riders about to be swept up in this
affair, just to be title sponsor in a team that is embroiled in a scandal
that will probably bigger than Festina?I would give odds on Wurth staying on board either.

I'm going to assume Active Bay doesn't hold its ProTour licence at the
mere pleasure of the UCI. Absent a protracted legal battle in the
Vaudois court system, Active Bay will either give up its licence
voluntarily, or it will expire gracefully. How the ASO will react is
another story...
No word from Wurth yet; may the Germans haven't got their blood up
yet... -
Well, I was talking about next season, because I doubt the UCI would
add a team now even if there were no legal obstacles.BTW, I don't think that it will necessarily be Active Bay's choice
whether or not they stay a ProTour team. There are certainly
anti-doping clauses in the contract between a PT team and the UCI. I
wouldn't be surprised if the DS of a team getting caught paying 60K for
doping products could provoke the invalidation of a ProTour contract.
