Took all day waiting, gawd I hate that. I was 6th on the
list for delivery. Turns out they wound up having to do
delivery 7 through 10, then starting with 1. Oh, well.
Not their fault I wait on pins and needles like I do.
Man, I'm happy already, I didn't realize what an ordeal
it's been waiting for my old oven to decide to start heating
up, even on a good day. Then the slow climb, 5 degrees at
a time, step by step. Took forever.
This bad boy hit 350 in no time. So far, so good. Love the
middle oval burner already and I haven't even used it. Like
the cast iron griddle thingy you can use over it, otherwise I
like the regular grate over it so you can slide pots back and
forth. Never thought much about that wasted real estate down
the middle of the older stoves I've had in the past.
I think it will do just as Sue's does, give me a good simmer
on all burners (at least 3 of them), the flame goes awfully low.
Yup, I'm happy.
