Unless those wheels are balanced, the rider's going to have a hell of a time
hopping up and down in the air 😉

Total (beery) washout. After Friday night, I barely made it out of bed
to walk the dog. How was the MS150?

I was in the front of the pack both ways, so no rain on Saturday (at
least until about 3:30 pm). I left at 6:30am and got there at 10:45am.
Yeh, 4:15 time for 78 miles. Somehow I got caught up in a pace line
led by some racers. We were doing 21 - 23 MPH average going down. On
the way back we did it in 4:08! I was 12 in at the shore and sixth back
home. Pretty cool for someone who couldn't ride five miles without
keeling over a year ago. There were 5000 riders. I felt bad for the
ones who reached the shore after 3:30. The rain was coming down
sideways and the wind was torture. I raised $540 for MS. Now it looks
like I'll be riding the last 25 miles of the Tour of Hope with Lance as
a representative of the association I work for. More money to raise.

Downhill bike for paved roads. Added speed from all that aerodynamics will
take a lot of balls to ride that thing at maximum speed down twisty roads.
