  1. SOLVANG:

RESEARCHERS at Solvang announced a process where chickens lay round
eggs. Oval eggs layed by chickens are polymerized in a solution of
linseed oil and bat guano. The linseed marinated eggs are then squooze
in an egg press and whooolla! a round egg.
Researchers clam the innovative process is superior to the old method
of grinding chicken eggs into shape from the natural order of oval
    eggs.

The famous Ooaa bird of the northern Australian rain forests lays square
eggs. It's a ground dwelling orange legged scrubfowl with bluey-black
feathers about the size of a Rhode Island Red that scratches up a mound of
decaying forest litter in which it deposits a clutch of up to thirty eggs.
It gets its name from the loud OOOOOO-AAAAAAA cry it emits while it is
    laying.
