Hi All.
I could sure use some help. We just relocated to western North Carolina. I
havn't riden a bike in around twenty years. I'm slighty over 50 and need the
exercise. I hear WNC is a great place to ride.I would expect the vast
majority of my riding will be on road but I'd like a bike I can go off-road
with. My dollar limit is about $750.00. The local shops I've been to all
seem very competant and very knowledgable, but I'm just confused. Thanks for
any input.

Pisgah: http://ncnatural.com/NCUSFS/Pisgah
Dupont: http://www.mtbikewnc.com/trailheads/dupont.html
Tsali: http://www.main.nc.us/graham/hiking/tsali.htmlI've ridden Pisgah, Dupont and Tsali. Tsali is the least

Actually I'd rather NOT be called a "Tar Heel" since I'm
a "Wolfpacker". 🙂--
